Shipping Locations and Costs
We offer shipping to various destinations:

For customers in the United Kingdom, we provide free shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Orders under £50 are charged £3.99 for standard delivery, with an estimated transit time of 2–4 business days.

Shipping to European destinations is available for £4.95, with delivery times ranging from 3–6 business days.

For international shipping, the cost is £6.95, with delivery expected within 4–8 business days.
Handling and Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically handled within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. For orders placed before 12 pm GMT, we strive to process and dispatch them the same day. Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
Our warehouse operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday. On UK public holidays, our operations may be temporarily paused, but we take every step to minimize any delays.
Delivery Terms
We partner with Royal Mail, Hermes, and DPD to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. While most orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment, actual delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at info.denterprise.uk@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping and billing information entered during checkout is accurate. If an incorrect address is provided, Danee Enterprise cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries. However, in rare cases where we mistakenly ship to the wrong destination, we will take full responsibility and resend the order at no additional cost.
